Impeccable glass without disrupting the guest experience
Specialized service by sector

Guests see the stain that cleaning could not remove.

Scratches, scale and iridescence can affect guest rooms and public areas. Coordinate viable restoration with engineering and operations; temporary area restrictions may still apply.

Postponing it does not remove the deterioration; it only keeps it visible. Before scheduling replacements and taking areas out of operation, identify which panes can be restored in place.

What you stop losing once the glass issue has a clear path

  • Guest experience and brand visual standards
  • Phased scheduling during low-occupancy periods
  • Differentiation between dirt, deposits, and surface damage
  • Protection of finishes and operational continuity
  • Economic evaluation versus high-volume replacement

Impeccable glass without disrupting the guest experience

What the hotel stops losing

Guestrooms and bathrooms

Cloudy shower enclosures, scratched glass, or rainbow-like stains may look like poor cleaning and trigger repeated guest reports.

Public areas

Lobbies, restaurants, spas, pools, and railings require visual consistency without disrupting guest flow.

Move forward without turning the solution into another operational issue

We schedule by room, area, and low-occupancy period. We protect finishes and return each space ready for operation with minimal disruption.

Before approving a replacement, compare it like this

We quote per m² (1 m² minimum per treated pane), so you can compare m² to m² against the replacement quote. Typical pace: about 3 h per m² for scratches and about 5 h per m² for weld spatter or grinder sparks, with no fabrication lead time. Up to 70% potential savings versus replacement — and if a pane can’t take the process, you don’t pay for that pane. Backed by 155 documented projects. Check my project →

Technical questions before booking: hoteleria

Is the work performed with the glass installed?

Yes. We work with the glass installed as long as it remains intact and safe access is available, avoiding removal and reducing disruption to your space.

Can tempered glass be restored?

We restore tempered glass with superficial or deep damage as long as the glass is not broken, cracked, fractured or structurally compromised.

Does the glass become distorted or weakened?

The specialized process recovers the surface in a controlled manner without distorting the glass or altering its function. Before starting, we confirm the scope using the case’s technical information.

Can deep damage be restored?

Yes. We restore deep damage when the glass remains intact; depth determines the work sequence and time, but by itself does not require replacement.

How is the price determined?

It depends on the type and depth damage, area, number of panes, access, height, location, sector and volume.

When is restoration not possible?

We do not work on broken, cracked, fractured glass or damage that structurally compromises the glass.

What information is needed for an evaluation?

Type of damage, quantity or surface area, location, access conditions, and sector-specific information. We do not request photographs during the initial contact.

Do you provide service outside Mexico City?

Yes. Grupo GNOVIA provides nationwide coverage; logistics and travel expenses are determined according to location and project volume.

What happens if a pane cannot withstand the process?

This is very uncommon because Grupo GNOVIA personnel are trained to restore glass using a controlled sequence. In exceptional cases, previously damaged glass may not withstand the intervention. If that occurs, we do not charge for the service performed on that pane; however, we do not assume the replacement cost glass that was already damaged before work began. This condition is explained clearly before the work starts.

Do you need an on-site visit to confirm the service?

Not in most cases. We can confirm service remotely using the damage description, dimensions, glass type, location, and access conditions. On-site visits are primarily reserved for construction projects or projects involving a large volume glass.
